Friday night I went to Bamburgh with heavily stained (check out his awesome
gallery) to try and find out why my photos have been so flat and dull.
Well, it's not my equipment so it's something I can work on!
The weather was pretty dull but the sun kept peeking through the clouds so the sky did get reasonably interesting. The
photo of Bamburgh that I've uploaded shows this, but as you can see I've got a long, long way to go before I'm producing stunning images like
this one from heavilystained.
However, I feel a lot better about my photography and it's just a case of levering in photography time imbetween family life and work!
Big up to heavilystained, he's an awesome photographer who is a real help.
